BAMBOO Is a perennial grass and as such is one of the most sustainable - and versatile - building materials available. There is much to learn about it's cultivation and particularly harvesting, as it's cycles of internal water movement are tied to the moon's phases.
Construction design needs to balance bamboo's strengths with its lateral flexibility.
